A lead alloy figurine representing an eagle. The eagle is looking to its' right with slightly splayed wings and a long tail. The feet are missing, and these appear to be recent breaks as the metal is shiny and has no patina, whereas the rest of the surface has developed a cream/brown patina. The reverse of the bird retains a lot of the feather detail, whereas the head, chest and legs are worn and has lost this detail. The reverse has traces of a black paint.
