Fragment of flat annular brooch, made from copper alloy and decorated on both faces. At one end the brooch has broken at the pin constriction, and a tiny stub of the bar on which the pin originally hinged can be seen on the edge of the object. At the other end the oblique break is fairly worn. On one face, the panel of decoration is enclosed within a groove, leaving a reserved border around three edges.
