Copper-alloy S-shaped brooch, small and with relatively simple decoration. The brooch is relatively flat, and solid with no perforations or openwork. It is decorated with two grooves each close to an edge, resulting in a central broad flat-topped ridge flanked by a narrower ridge to either side. At each end is an animal head seen in profile, with a circular groove forming an eye and an open beak or mouth. Fragment of foot from a florid cruciform brooch, partly distorted by heat. The fragment consists of a decorated triangular panel with traces of an undecorated rectangular terminal below, which has been torn away; the tear has bent the metal before breaking, and the break is now a little worn. The rectangular terminal is separated from the triangular panel by a line of beading. The triangular panel has a relief border, and is filled with Style I decoration, now worn and hence hard to decipher. Circular early Anglo-Saxon horse-harness mount with two zones of Style II decoration, dating to the first half of the seventh century; identified from the image only. The material is uncertain, although the image appears to show gilding in very good condition with occasional spots of green corrosion showing through from underlying copper alloy. Flat object, possibly a mount, apparently made from copper alloy, in the shape of a horned figure carrying two spears. The object appears to be complete except for one lower corner, but depicts the figure from the waist up only. The lower edge is slightly incurved and is raised; the raised edges of the sides are formed from the shafts of the spears. Gilded copper-alloy great square-headed brooch of early Anglo-Saxon date, complete with red enamel inlays on head, bow and foot, and with the remains of silver plates on the footplate. Rectangular Carolingian-style mount made of gilded silver and inlaid with niello. It has been cast in high relief, with detailed and well made leaf and flower decoration. The mount is convex, with tall sides and a hollowed, uneven reverse which bears four integrally cast attachment lugs, one at each corner and set longitudinally. Rose/orb jetton in reasonably good condition. The jetton is very slightly dished so that on the reverse the central motif is on the outside of the curve and is therefore worn. Complete toy gridiron with fish, made from a lead/tin alloy (pewter) with a patina which is shiny in patches. The gridiron is basically rectangular but slightly trapezoidal, flaring from the handle end; it has six bars of equal thickness and triangular cross-section parallel to the handle, and a similar transverse bar to either end. Early Anglo-Saxon button brooch of Avent and Evison's Class I, probably Class Ii. Only the centre of the brooch survives, with much of the rim missing. There is hair rather than a helmet, a continuously vertically ribbed crescent around the top of the face. Early Anglo-Saxon circular mount, probably from horse-harness. The mount is decorated with a single band of triple-strand interlace with no heads or other zoomorphic elements. There is an outer ridged border, probably consisting of three ridges, and an inner single ridge dividing the interlace from a domed boss in the centre. The reverse appears corroded (perhaps with iron adhering) and there is no visible means of attachment. The interlace suggests a very late 6th- or early 7th-century date; compare an example from Sutton Hoo Mound 17 (Carver 2005, fig. 112, no. 25ci).
