Copper-alloy object, cast in one-piece, in the form of a very crude finger ring. Rounded hoop, widening at rounded shoulders, which may have been incised or decorated. Bezel is oval, and bowl shaped (the base of the bowl protruding down in the inner of the hoop). There is a place for a oval setting (if it had one).

A standard Roman gem-set finger-ring of Henig Type II, with slight faceting of the hoop. The engraved cornelian gem, now detached from its setting, shows the figure of a dolphin.
Analysis conducted at the British Museum indicated an approximate silver content of 98%.

Incomplete gold finger ring with four surviving settings containing red coloured glass or precious/semi-precious stones. The ring is adhered to a lump of conglomerate, which is probably the remains of an iron object which was in close association with the ring on the beach.

Twelfth-century Medieval copper alloy finger ring, gilded and has enamelled decoration on the bezel and shoulders, and moulded decoration on the shoulders. The enamelled bezel is divided into eight segments (of which one is missing), together with a central roundel (also missing). The colour of the segments alternate between green and dark blue, giving the impression of a blue cross pattee on a green background. Fourteenth-century copper-alloy finger-ring with robust hoop, bezel and shoulder. The bezel of the ring has three settings, each with its own square base. These bases are geometrically aligned and stepped, with the central base being a fraction larger and higher than the two on each side.
