Composite plate brooch comprising of two conjoined disks (originally three) joined by a hinge on the reverse. The field of each disk is divided into two concentric segments, which at onetime may have been enlayed with enamel. Single bars protrude from each disk, at right angles to each other, probably joining a third disk (missing). On each bar, at the disk end, there seems to be a small motif comprising circular elemenst, which is now deeply encrusted.
