Square shaped flat pan weight with wavy edges and incuse numerals IIII on one surface. Post medieval in date. Biggs, N. & Withers, P. (2000) note that weights of this type with numerals are consistent with the Roman weight-system as well as the averdepois system, thus they could equally be 16th century. Given the growing number of these lead weights being found in the North West, it is likely they are of a post-medieval date.
