Post medieval cast copper-alloy double loop buckle with trapezoid loops, complete with pin. The loops widen away from the strap bar and are triangular in section with a flat back and angled inner and outer sides. The strap bar is narrowed and recessed with lobed knops at either end. There extensive traces of tinning. The pin is D-shaped in section with a flat back and narrows gradually and consistantly from the loop over the strap bar to a sharp point. A sub rectangular, copper alloy post medieval buckle, with circular cut-outs at each corner. The long sides of the frame are concave with transverse moldings. Traces of iron corrosion on the inner surfaces of the buckle suggest that the now missing bar was iron. This type of buckle often has has a chape but there is no evidence of what type it may have been.

A decorative strap mount in the form of an acorn with a curving stem. The pitting of the surface has removed any deliniation of the cup wihch on well preserved examples has a lattice like pattern. On the reverse are two attachment spikes.

Lead pencil with cylindrical shaft, one end rounded and the other pointed. Length 43.17 mm, diameter 6.2 mm, weight 12.4 g. There is no dating evidence for this type of object, but they are widely thought to be medieval or post-medieval in date.

A slightly distorted post medieval double oval buckle. Traces of iron round the bar and on the frame suggest that the now missing, pin was made of iron. Rather indestinct grooves either side of each end of the bar appear a little like the more pronounced knops on other buckles of this type.

A complete cast copper-alloy hooked tag dating to the post-medieval period. The item is flat backed and essentially has three sections to it - a sub-rectangular loop adjoining an openwork decorative roundel which in turn adjoins a narrow tapering hook which is broken. The rectangular lug is plain, the central roundel has an openwork design around it that resembles a stylised flower. The hook has two moulded bands around its widest section.
