A Roman copper-alloy nummus of the House of Constantine (AD 306-361) - VRBS ROMA / Wolf and twins - dating to c. AD 333 (Reece Period 17). Mint of Arles. RIC VII, p. 274, no. 373var. The mintmark Wreath // (P)CON is not recorded, the standard mark being Wreath // PCONST. There does not appear to have been an ST at the end of the mintmark. This could be a die-engraver's error, or it might be a very good quality contemporary copy.

Copper alloy nummus of the House of Constantine - CONSTANTINOPOLIS / Victory of prow - probably dating to AD 337-40 (Reece Period 17). The mintmark is unclear, but appears to be R crescent [P-E] which is for Rome. Constantinopolis coins are struck for various Rome issues between 337 and 340, but is not recorded for the R crescent P issue (see RIC VIII, p. 251, nos. 47-9). A better specimen is required to confirm this type.

A copper-alloy nummus of the House of Constantine dating to the period AD 307 to 340. The reverse appears to depict Pax standing left with olive branch, holding transverse sceptre and leaning on column making this a very rare PAX PERPETVA reverse type from the mint of Rome. However, it is possible that it is a SECVRITAS REI PVB reverse depicting Securitas left with transverse sceptre.
