A 'lump' of fused silver pennies, dating to the decades around 1300, but otherwise are not identifiable. The group weighs 8.43g, so there may be 6 or 8 coins there, although most are damaged. As English silver coins they will be made to the established sterling standard, slightly over 90% fine metal. In principle, therefore, the group appears to fulfil the criteria of Treasure, according to the terms of the Act.
