A cast copper-alloy hooked tag (hook piece) of Post-Medieval date. It has a flat oval shaped plate with a transverse collar at one end. Beneath the collar extends a flat, rectangular hook piece that curves forwards and terminates in a rounded tip. At the top and both sides of the plate are pointed, semi-circular lobes with circular sewing holes. The entire object is undecorated. It measures 41.30mm in length, 27.63mm in width, 2.14mm in thickness, and weighs 7.16g. A copper-alloy finger ring. The ring is 'D' shaped in section and circular in plan. The inner face is flattened. The ring is completely plain making dating it to a particular period problematic. A finger ring of this type could date from the Iron Age to Post-Medieval date. However, the patina of the copper alloy, an even dark green, is typical of Roman finds from this area.

Cast copper alloy brooch of Colchester two-piece type. 1st century AD. The wings are 26.5mm wide and semi-circular in section, with a flat reverse. At the centre of the wings reverse is a double pierced lug, the uppermost missing the top part of the loop. Each wing has a vertical groove approximately 2mm from the terminal. The bow is triangular in section, tapering slightly in width towards the foot, from 8mm at the bow to 4mm at the rounded terminal. Cast copper alloy crotal bell. Incomplete. A square suspension loop 10mm wide, 8mm high and 3.5mm thick with a circular hole which is 4mm in diameter. The bell is broken across a roughly horizontal axis, with a small portion of the central raised band visible. two sound holes are positioned on the upper half and are 3.5mm in diameter. The body of the bell itself is 24mm in diameter. The bell is worn but there is evidence that the upper half of the bell had a sun-burst pattern, with deep grooves running vertically down the body, stopping at the central ridge.

They have a combined total weight of 348.72g. 1) Two rim sherds of Roman grey ware (GX) vessels with a combined total weight of 17.23g. 2) A rim sherd from a late Roman open shaped vessel with double parallel grooves on the exterior surface, probably a deep bowl or similar form. A worn and corroded cast copper-alloy ring, possibly an annular buckle frame, of Medieval or later date. The frame is annular in form, circular in section and has suffered from post-depositional corrosion. On one side of the frame is a mass of copper-alloy corrosion, possibly the remains of a buckle pin although this is uncertain due to the preservation of the object. A cast copper-alloy sword belt fitting of Post-Medieval date. It has a triangular plate with trilobate terminal at one end and two smaller projecting lobes at the other from which extend an integrally cast hook. The hook is U-shaped in form, circular in section and curves forwards terminating in a globular terminal. A cast lead token of probable Post-Medieval date. It is disc-shaped in form with flat back face and moulded front face. The front face is decorated with a cross containing a slightly raised central pellet and one circular pellet in each angle. It measures 17.98mm in diameter and weighs 4.55g. This token is of probable Post-Medieval date with similar examples recorded through the PAS (for example SUR-DD6331). It is of probable 16th-18th century AD date.
