The discoidal weight has a slightly convex upper surface bearing an inverted triangular arrangement of three stamped marks: at the top left is a poorly formed letter 'I' (for James I), surmounted by a crown; the top right mark is that of the sword of St. Paul, representing London; at the bottom is a sub-rectangular mark containing the 'angel and scales' of the Plumbers Company. A damaged lead cloth seal, probably dating from the 17th or 18th centuries. The seal consists of two sub-oval discs and a folded connecting strip. On one side is a relief-stamped privy mark containing the letters 'I-(G, C or E)', separated by a triple-stranded foliate design. Into the surface of the other disc have been stamped the letters 'V E'. The object measures 26mm long, 17.4mm wide, 6.2mm thick and weighs 6.73g.

An incomplete copper-alloy single-loop, probably dating from the Medieval period. The frame is roughly 'D-shaped', has angled surfaces and widens towards a pointed pin rest with transverse groove. Behind the frame are the remains of an integrally cast forked spacer, the inner edges of which are stepped. The lower side of this spacer is intact, but bent, while the upper side has lost its tapering point. An incomplete copper-alloy pin (probably). The style and colour of this piece suggest a possible Roman to Medieval date. The head is sub-globular at the top and this tapers smoothly into the inverted-conical lower half. A fragment of the pin shaft protrudes from the base of the head. A lead disc from a post-Medieval cloth seal. The disc is sub-oval and retains part of its connecting strip. The upper surface bears a relief-stamped crowned royal shield as employed from the reign of James I (1603-1625) to James II (1685-1688) and indicates that this was probably an alnage seal. The only design appears to be a relief-stamped privy mark containing the letters 'R' and 'B', which are separated by a vertical shaft with looped base. A folded connecting strip joins the two discs. The object measures 25.9mm long, 21.2mm wide, 3.8mm thick (undamaged part) and weighs 8.44g.
