Biconical lead spindle whorl with a central circular perforation. It is a grey colour. It has a median ridge and decoration on both halves. The decoration is quite worn but consists of zig-zag lines.

A complete cast lead medieval spindle whorl. The biconical spindle whorl has large central circular hole with a diameter of 12.3mm. Both faces are decorated with radiating lines with three large pellets in each section. The spindle whorl has sustained some plough damage and is now slightly misshaped. The surviving diameter is 29.5mm, the thickness is 16.8mm and the weight is 46.13g.

It is decorated with four lines from the centre to the rim on the face. Two of the lines are very worn down. The spindle whorl is complete and dates from the post-medieval period.
