Spindle whorl; cast lead spindle whorl of unknown date. The whorl is roughly cast and not quite circular. It is biconical in shape and has a straight-sided, sub-circular hole through the centre. One face is decorated with four large, moulded pellets unevenly spaced around the whorl and connected by a moulded line. The whole has an even, cream-grey patina over its surface. Diameter 27.3mm, thickness 15.4mm, weight 40.06g

A lead alloy spindle whorl. The whorl is plano-convex and has a central circular hole which appears to have straight sides. Both faces are decorated with raised radial and zig-zag lines. It has a diameter of 27.67mm and is 9.18mm thick. It weighs 26.45g. The whorl is grey coloured and does not appear to have a patina. A small lead alloy spindle whorl. The whorl is slightly oval in plan and dome shaped in section, flat on the base and convex on the upper half. It has a circular hole which is not quite central.
