It has a moulded circular aperture slightly off-centre measuring c. 10.5mm in diameter. The surface of the spindle whorl is covered entirely in a dark grey patina. The maximum diameter is 30.3mm and the height 7.1mm. The spindle whorl weighs 27.10 grams. The shape conforms to Walton Rogers form A1. It has a moulded circular aperture slightly off-centre measuring c. 9.1mm in diameter.
