A short, bi-conical perforated lead weight, with a flat top and base. The hole which runs through the centre of the weight has a circular section. These weighs are not yet completely understood. It is possible they could have been spindle whorls dating from the post-medieval period, but due to a lack of excavated examples and lack of context this weight must remain uncertain. The weight is undecorated but has a prominent central ridge. The weight is complete. The lead is a light whitish-grey colour.
