A silver Medieval coin; a cut half penny of John (AD 1199 - 1216), Class 5b1 dating from AD 1205. It was issued by Henry at the London mint. The face on the coin is worn, but the lettering is in good condition. See North number 970i. The coin is 19.4mm long, 9.7mm wide and 0.6mm thick. 0.67g.
