A small cast copper-alloy Roman T-shaped (Possibly Polden Hill) brooch, incomplete, only the head and the upper portion of the bow surviving. None of the spring remains. Hattatt (1982) suggests a date range of the second hanf of the first century AD (50-100). The surviving portion has no elaborate decoration, beyond a single raised spine down the centre of the outer bow.

Cast copper alloy Roman Hod Hill type brooch, dating to the first century. The object is sub-rectangular in cross-section. The head is hinged and broken, the metal would have been rolled forward over an axis bar. The brooch tapers to three rectangular collars before narrowing at the waist. Three more transverse rectangular collars decorate the bow before it tapers towards the foot. The foot is missing and only a small amount of the catchplate remains on the reverse. The hinge and pin are missing. The remains of gilding can be seen on each face of the object. It has a brown patina. 43-70AD.

Cast copper alloy dolphin brooch dating from 43-65AD. The object is almost complete and in very good condition. The bow rises from the top of the wings sweeping in an arc towards the foot. It is gently curved in profile. The wings are tubular with a raised stop-ridge at either end. The object is decorated with a central rib running the length of the bow. A cast copper alloy and iron furnature fitting in the shape of a cup dating to the post-medieval period. The object is probably a caster to retain a wheel or ball allowing a heavy item of furnature to be moved with ease. The object is circular in plan with sloping sides and a turned out rim. On the base of the object within the is a lump of iron corrosion which obscures a rivet and a white adhering substance. Copper alloy object, probably a strap end. The object is shaped like a circle, with a slightly flattened base and an extending edge opposite to this. The object is uniface, with the plain back holding a slight bump or projection at the 'base'. The decorated face is split by two lines raised in slight relief which, meeting, form a triangle. A small, two part, cast copper-alloy annular buckle with evidence of former gilding st point around the hinge. The frame is circular, with no visible decoration, and bevelled inwards at a roughly 45 degree angle when viewed from underneath. The pin is still present and has a roughly rectangular collar at its base. It may be missing the last 5-10% of its original length. According to Witehead (2003) this type of buckle was used in the Medieval period and a date is offered of between AD 1200-1400. Length of pin:- 12mm including loop.

An incomplete copper alloy sword hanger dating to the Post-Medieval period. The object is irregular in plan and flat. The outer face is decorated with a foliate design and the reverse is flat. There is a small rivet hole at one end of the object for attachment. The opposite end which terminates in a break would have had a hooked projection. The object has a dark green patina. A silver long cross penny of Edward I - Edward III. The coin has been pierced in one quarter below the legend possibly for use as a pendant; however this cannot be ascertained with certainty. A copper-alloy wheel from a post-medieval pastry jigger (AD 1700-1800).The object is circular in plan and has rectangular sectioned spokes, either side of which is a semi-circular perforation. The circumference of the wheel is decorated with deep incisions located on either face to form a zig-zag cutting edge, with three crimps then a flat section, repeated around the cutting edge. A polished flint Duggleby Adze of Neolithic date. The object has convex cutting edge and a rounded narrower end. Both ends of the adze have been made into a blade edge. The sides taper inwards from the narrowed end before flaring outwards again towards the wider cutting edge forming slightly concave or 'waisted' sides. A silver penny probably of Edward IV, (1461-1470), of the York ecclesiastical mint. The bust style suggests Edward III as there is no hollow neck but objects either side of the bust appear to be a T and a key which would indicate Edward IV. The coin is too worn for accurate ID and can be dated AD 1351-77 or AD 1471-83.

A Roman gold finger ring with an oval gem setting. The gem is of a blue glass, possibly nicolo glass, with chamfered sides and a flat, light-blue upper surface. The gem is plain and not engraved. The gold band of the ring is wide but thin at the shoulders, and thickens and narrows at the back of the hoop. The back of the hoop has suffered damage and is distorted with deep scratches. The shoulders are decorated with two engraved swirls on either side.
