A lead alloy object of uncertain date and function. The object has an oval bowl or bag like base and is D-shaped in cross-section. The object is flattned at the back with several scratches and nicks on the surface. It tapers towards the top where it terminates with an oval opening or neck. The object has a mid-brown patina. It was suggested due to a similar form that the object could be an ampulla however the lack of decoration, handles and the shape of the 'bowl' make this unlikely. A Roman gold finger ring with an oval gem setting. The gem is of a blue glass, possibly nicolo glass, with chamfered sides and a flat, light-blue upper surface. The gem is plain and not engraved. The gold band of the ring is wide but thin at the shoulders, and thickens and narrows at the back of the hoop. The back of the hoop has suffered damage and is distorted with deep scratches. The shoulders are decorated with two engraved swirls on either side.

It has a central circular perforation with an internal diameter of 9mm. One face of the object is decorated with a very worn moulded sunburst pattern. Cast copper alloy dolphin brooch dating from 43-65AD. The object is almost complete and in very good condition. The bow rises from the top of the wings sweeping in an arc towards the foot. It is gently curved in profile. The wings are tubular with a raised stop-ridge at either end. The object is decorated with a central rib running the length of the bow. Cast copper alloy Roman Hod Hill type brooch, dating to the first century. The object is sub-rectangular in cross-section. The head is hinged and broken, the metal would have been rolled forward over an axis bar. The brooch tapers to three rectangular collars before narrowing at the waist. Three more transverse rectangular collars decorate the bow before it tapers towards the foot. The foot is missing and only a small amount of the catchplate remains on the reverse. The hinge and pin are missing. The remains of gilding can be seen on each face of the object. It has a brown patina. 43-70AD.

A small cast copper-alloy Roman T-shaped (Possibly Polden Hill) brooch, incomplete, only the head and the upper portion of the bow surviving. None of the spring remains. Hattatt (1982) suggests a date range of the second hanf of the first century AD (50-100). The surviving portion has no elaborate decoration, beyond a single raised spine down the centre of the outer bow.

An incomplete silver seal matrix with lion rampant (right) motif, of Post medieval dating (AD 1500 to AD 1700). Around 50% of the matrix is present, with an incomplete handle. The die face is oval and it has a hexagonally facetted conical handle. The handle is a double-collared probable trefoil terminal. The motif is a lion rampant within incised line and beaded border. The seal matrix has a height of 11.3 mm. The die face measures 17.2 mm by 15.6 mm. It weighs 3.8 g. One half of a pair of copper alloy nut crackers, of Late Post Medieval to Early A Modern dating (17th to 18th Centuries AD). When complete the nutcrackers would have consisted of two complete arms, joined at a single point hinge. The remaining arm tapers gently from the hinge down towards an acorn shaped molded terminal. The object is probably a caster to retain a wheel or ball allowing a heavy item of furnature to be moved with ease. The object is circular in plan with sloping sides and a turned out rim.
