A copper-alloy sheet rivet dating to the Roman period. The object comprises a hexagonal sheet. The two sides of the sheet have been folded over and then folded back on themselves. Underneath the folded area, there appears to be mineralised leather or some other type of corrosion product. It measures 22mm in length, 12mm in width and a maximum of 3mm in thickness. Flat rectangular-sectioned tang, broken at one end, the other joining a triangular knife blade, angled downwards from the tang and stepping out at the lower edge. The tip is broken. Heavily obscured by dirt and corrosion, as such it is not even clear which side is the cutting edge.The object measures 226mm in length, a maximum of 60mm in width, a maximum of 27mm in thickness and weighs 295 grams.

A fragment of a large, copper-alloy decorative plate, probably dating to the Roman period. The fragment comprises a flat, approximately semi-circular sheet with a small triangular extension at its apex. The sheet appears to have been cut or broken from a much larger plate. There is a large, slightly irregular semi-circular cut-out on the broken edge. The underside of the plate is roughly finished and stained a darker colour. The plate measures 33mm in length, 70mm in width and 1mm in thickness. It weighs 8.9g.
