An incomplete copper alloy bell probably dating to the Roman period (c. AD 43-410). The object is conical in shape with slightly flattened sides leaving an oval-shaped aperture. The suspension loop at the top of the bell is now missing. There are raised ridges running along the shoulders of the bell from the suspension loop to the base.
