The bow has a sub-circular shaped outer edge in plan. The terminal of the bow is very worn and the width of the bow here is narrower than the side edges. The central hole of the bow is circular. The stem appears to be solid and is a pointed oval shape in section. The terminal of the stem is slightly hollowed. The bit is symmetrical and is a 'T' shape. The vertical bar is wide in comparison to the horizontal bar.

Copper alloy casket key. Cast in one piece. Casting line is evident along the upper surface of the bow and stem. The bow is a circular frame and varies in thickness. The stem has an oval cross section and ends in a narrow point. The bit is sub-rectangular and tapers slightly away from the stem. There is a transverse channel below the stem.

Copper-alloy casket key, rather flat in section. The bow is thin and sub-circular (tapering towards the stem) and 12 mm across perpendicular to the stem, with a circular perforation 4 mm in diameter. The stem is oval in section, 3 x 4 mm, and ends in a point beyond a bit 6.5 mm long which has a nick out of both its front and rear edge. Overall length 36.5 mm.
