An incomplete flint barbed-and-tanged arrowhead dating to the Late Neolithic/Early Bronze Age c.2500-1500 cal BC. The arrowhead is made from a tertiary flake of flint. It has a slightly glossy surface and is predominantly white with grey inclusions and orange flecks. The arrowhead is missing the tip of one of its barbs, and the tip of the tang. The breaks expose the darker grey material inside the arrowhead which is surrounded by the white surface layer suggesting that they occurred more recently. Each surface is covered in scaled retouch. Possible core rejuvenation flake. At the top of the dorsal is remnants of a prepared platform with multiple short, direct flaking scars. The rest of the surface is covered in a long, thin flaking scars that have been removed from one angle, the ventral side has a large bulb of percussion. A fragment of a Mesolithic or Neolithic knapped flint axe or adze head. This is the rear section of the tool; in cross-section this has a narrow elliptic shape with pointed terminals whilst in plan the side’s tapper to the narrow, rounder butt. A Neolithic ground and polished axehead. The implement has been extensively chipped and ground into a long elongated sub-oval shape in plan. The blade edge has a curved forward edge that has been ground and polished to form the cutting edge. From either side of the blade, the sides gently narrow to the rounded butt which is rounded with a pitted appearance probably where this section was not polished. The stone is a dark green colour with creamy speckles. The axe dates from between circa 3500 BC to 2100BC

A complete flint Disk Scraper of Neolithic date (3450-2100 BC). The object is sub-ovate in plan and concavo-convex in section. The dorsal surface contains four predominant negative scars. The proximal edge is abruptly blunted. All other edges have long parallel flaking and semi-abrupt retouch. The ventral surface is slightly concave, the outer edges have shallow negative scars. The lithic retains no cortex and is therefore a tertiary flake. Length: 39.34mm, Width: 45.51mm, Thickness: 19.05mm, Weight: 36.0g The flint is dark grey in colour with occasional cream inclusions.
