Medieval coin: penny probably of Edward I - Edward III (AD 1272 - 1377) minted between 1279 and 1377. Mint uncertain. The obverse of the penny has been heavily worn so that the bust and legend are no longer visible. The reverse is also worn but the long cross and pellets can still be seen.

An incomplete and heavily worn silver penny probably of Edward I (AD 1272-1307). Long cross, uncertain class dating to circa AD 1272-1307. Mint unclear. Coin is heavily worn across both faces and has been broken into two unequal parts. Edges are also chipped.
Overall dimensions: 17.32mm in diameter and 0.89g in weight.
