A near complete lead alloy pilgrim's ampulla dating to the Medieval period, c. AD 1300 - 1500.
The lead flask and neck remains. One arm is present and the other is missing.
The ampulla is flasked shaped and has a semi-circular body with cresecent corners and a rectangular shaped neck that extends outwards from the centre of one side. The mouth of the neck is partially open and missing some of its edge. At the sides of the neck is one complete handle and two stubs for the missing handle.
