A complete Post-Medieval copper-alloy mount or stud, dating to circa AD 1500-1700.
The head is convex and is broadly circular in plan. The reverse is concave. At the centre of the reverse is a tapering shank which is square in cross-section at the base and tapers to a point. The object has mid green coloured patina across all surfaces.
The object measures: Length: 10.9 mm , Width: 10.5 mm, Thickness: 2.4 mm and Weight: 1.1 g.

Post Medieval (17th to 18th centuries) strap fitting (mount): A copper alloy strap fitting, decorative mount which in plan is an oval with a large oval knop at the base and a smaller knop at the tip which is decorated with radiating grooves, otherwise the mount is undecorated on the upper surface. The reverse is also undecorated and has a incomplete integral stud and a complete one which is square in section and tapers to a sharp point. The stud is bent over. They are positioned one on each droplet/knop joins. The surface of the mount has a mid green shiny patina.

Post Medieval (mid 16th to 17th centuries) strap mount: The copper alloy strap mount is a sub shield-shape with the upper portion being waisted and the upper edge has a row of three integral triangular knops. The outer face and reverse is undecorated. The reverse has two integral studs which are square in section and are broken. The surface of the mount has a red-brown matte surface.
It measures 23.81mm long, 13.89mm wide and 6mm thick, weighing 2.58g.

An incomplete copper-alloy eye-section for a belt or strap fitting of the Late Post Medieval period, dating from c. 1800 - c. 1850.
The object is composed of two integral parts, a domed plate with an attachment loop at either end. At the opposite side there is an integrally cast suspension loop set at a right angle to the plate, this has a circular perforation through the centre (diameter: 4.13 mm). A complete copper alloy Post Medieval possible mount, furniture or strap fitting of probable Post Medieval dating circa (AD 1600 to AD 1800).
The mount is lozenge or diamond shaped and formed from a flat piece of copper-alloy. There are two projecting pointed lobes at each corner along the length, the other two opposing lobes located at the width of the object are wider and slightly fare at the outer edges. An incomplete copper alloy mount or strap fitting, of Post Medieval dating (AD 1500 to AD 1700).
The mount is sub triangular (tear drop) in shape and rectangular in section. The obverse is convex (slightly bowed) with bevelled edges and has a ring and dot decoration on its surface. The reverse is concave and contains two integrally cast attachment spikes. Each spike is incomplete and has a sub square cross section.
The mount measures 31.1 mm in length, it has a maximum width of 11.1 mm and 5.8 mm thick. It weighs 2.6 grams.

Post Medieval (mid 16th to 18th centuries) strap mount: The copper alloy strap mount is a lozenge in plan with four lozenge openwork which then forms a central X. The upper surface has ring-and-dot stamped design. The reverse is undecorated and has three incomplete integral studs in a row, which are square in section. The surface of the mount has an incomplete mid grey coloured surface with patches of red copper corrosion. It measures 36.94mm long, 30.81mm wide and 3.43mm thick, weighing 4.9g.

A complete cast copper alloy hooked strap fitting, of Post Medieval dating (17th Century AD)
The strap fitting was cast in one piece, and a separate piece of copper alloy sheet metal was attached to the reverse. It consists of an oval plate bearing a voided curved armed cross, and a central stylised flower formed from seven annulets within an oval. A cast copper alloy double looped strap fitting of probable post-medieval date. It is most likely to be a part of horse furniture, either a strap loop or rein guide. The strap fitting comprises two conjoined but offset sub-oval loops set an angle of 90° to one another. The fitting is separated into three parts, the upper loop, the central conjoining lobe, and the lower loop. A cast ?copper-alloy S-shaped fastener, probably dating from the post-medieval period. Length: 32.3mm; width: 14.5mm; thickness: 4.5mm in the middle of the S. Mass: 4.3g. The fastener is in the form of two curving swan's heads joined with a transverse foliate band in the middle of the S. One of the terminals is off-set at an angle of about 30 degrees. The strap fitting has a trefoil terminal and narrows to a lozenge shaped terminal. On the reverse there are two studs which are folded over. A fragment of leather remains trapped under one of the studs. The leather has hardened and has a dark brown colour. The condition of the surface is corroded.

The mount is rectangular shape in plan with the corners angled obliquely. The mount is incomplete, and the edge is broken across the width of the mount. In the remaining corners there is single sub-circular mounting hole, each with a counter-sunk surface. The upper surface of the mount has lettering engraved. The surface of the mount on the reverse and obverse is slightly blackened, perhaps by fire, but is also slightly corroded.
