A post Medieval to modern copper alloy unidentified object possibly dating to c.1750-c. 1900. The object or disc is circular in plan and has a slightly raised rim. At the centre is a raised galloping horse facing left with an arched neck and tail raised upwards. The top and bottom left part of the disc are bent slightly upwards. The reverse has some whitish patches of a residue, and shows the indentation of the horse motif, which suggests that the decoration was pressed. The disc has a black patina. A circular post-medieval/ Modern copper-alloy and lead-alloy unidentified object comprising a copper alloy disc with a layer of lead alloy to the reverse. The disc shows a central moulded and galloping horse facing left with an arched neck and tail raised upwards. It measures 20.3 mm in diameter and 1.4 mm in thickness. It weighs 2.39 gr. Similar objects have been recorded on the database, for example SUR-B69547 and IOW-5C48B7.
