A copper alloy pin dating to the Early Medieval period, (400-1066). The head of the pin is globular. The shaft is circular in cross-section and terminates with an ancient break. The head of the pin is decorated with two incised grooves crossing one another to form an X pattern. The pin has a medium green patina. The pin is 7.2mm in diameter at the head which is 7mm tall, the shaft is 2.3mm in diameter and the pin overall is 30.2mm long. it weighs 2.20 grams. Copper alloy disc brooch. Cast circular flat plate with an off-centre large ring and dot of diameter 1.8mm with a border of fifteen smaller [diameter 2.5mm] ring and dot at its outer edge. The triangular stub of either a catch plate or pin seat appears on the back. This sort of brooch is infrequently reported in our area, though a Roman version was recently reported from Low Burnham in the Isle of Axholme. A complete lead spindle whorl of possibly Roman to Early Medieval date (AD 43-800). The object is plano-convex in shape with a domed side, rounded edges and a flat base with a central perforation measuring 5.2mm in diameter. It fits into the Walton Rogers classification Form A1. No decoration is present on either side.  The whorl is cream in colour, with an even surface patina. A worn and incomplete copper-alloy hexagonal 'norse' clapper bell of Early Medieval date (c.AD 850-1050) . The sides are divided into six evenly spaced straight faces with shallow U-shaped notches at the base. At the top is a complete integrally cast rectangular suspension loop with a central circular hole. One side of the bell is missing. The clapper is also missing.  It has a light green surface patina. A loop extends from the outer face. It is 5.9mm wide and oval in cross-section. The rest of the object is broadly triangular and has a conccave face opposite the loop. An incomplete late Roman to Early Medieval copper alloy pin, dating to AD 300-500. The pin head is biconvex with a central ridge running around the circumference of the head, creating two halves. The top half narrows to a rounded point in the centre of the head, and is conical in shape. The lower half extends downwards in a conical shape, and narrows to the integral shaft. This has a raised collar, and is sub circular in shape. The pin is very worn, and is a light red brown colour. It meaures 20.1mm in length, 10.8mm by 10.1mm across the head, and weighs 3.99g.

The tweezers comprise of a single piece of copper-alloy which would have been folded in half to create two parallel arms, although only one arm now remains complete. The remaining arm tapers gently from the fold, expanding into a wide triangular plate. The opposite arm is incomplete with only the narrowed area nearest the fold remaining. A complete polychrome glass bead of late Roman to Early-Medieval date, c.AD 300 - 650. The bead is bi-conical body that is 12mm in diameter in the centre and tapers 7mm at either end. The bead is made from black glass that has been decorated with two bands of applied chevrons formed from the first application of zigzagging white glass which is then overlayed with offset zigzagging yellow glass, both of which run around the waste of the bead. On one end is an applied double band of yellow glass that runs around the circumference, with a triple band of yellow glass at the opposite end.
