A fragment of a corroded copper-alloy Roman brooch dating 43-120AD.Only the wings and springchord remain, it is very corroded, with remain of iron corrosion. The iron corrosion makes distinct typology difficult but appears to be a Colchester derivative with double pierced lug. There is a single stepped shallow moudling on each side of the top of the bow at the wings. Length: 13.15mm Width: 24.22mm Weight:4.97g

A 19th century iron shoe patten.  The object consists of an oval shaped body, with fixtures that project on either side. One extends upwards before bending at a right angle, followed by a circular plate with a nail affixed to it, and a final rectangular lug extending outward and terminating in a break. The other side has a similar attachment, but the plate is trapezoidal in shape and has two nails. The object has an abundance of rust.
