A complete cast copper-alloy Medieval mount, dating to c. AD 1300-1400. The mount consist of a central hemispherical hollow boss, which is flanked in four even positions by two D-shaped rivet plates and two rectangular rivets plates which all have a centrally-positioned circular hole. The two D shaped plates retain their rivets. The rivets from the rectangular plates are missing. The central boss is plain and corroded but there are traces of gilding on the mount. Lead alloy toy soldier fragment. Cast rectangular base from a toy soldier modelled at a scale of 1:32 or 54mm, retaining only the feet, which are set apart at 90 degrees to each other. Maker's marks on the base include: [B]RITAIN along with other letters, for the British toymaker William Britain's. The square base distinguishes this from the firm's earliest figures which had rounded bases and are affectionately known as 'Ancient Britains', while the position of the feet may indicate a soldier standing and firing his rifle. An incomplete Medieval silver-gilt iconographic prayer finger-ring depicting two of the wounds of Christ (c. 1400-c. 1500). Treasure case no. 2019 T14 (addenda to 2018 T194). The finger-ring is convex on the outer face and flat on the inner face. About 40% of the finger-ring is present and when complete it would have had five bezels. An incomplete copper-alloy strap end dating to the Late Medieval period (c. AD 1400-1500). The strap end is made of two thin, flat sub-rectangular, tongue-shaped, plates joined together at one of the broken ends by a surviving copper-alloy circular-sectioned attachment rivet and the remains of two other probable circular-sectioned iron rivets above this.
