A copper alloy pin dating to the Early Medieval period, (400-1066). The head of the pin is globular. The shaft is circular in cross-section and terminates with an ancient break. The head of the pin is decorated with two incised grooves crossing one another to form an X pattern. The pin has a medium green patina. The pin is 7.2mm in diameter at the head which is 7mm tall, the shaft is 2.3mm in diameter and the pin overall is 30.2mm long. it weighs 2.20 grams. A cast copper alloy Early Medieval stirrup terminal dating to circa AD 950-1100. The terminal is hollowed with a convex front face and concave reverse. It is rendered in the form of a styled animal foot consisting of a flat D-shaped base with evenly spaced trilobite projecting knops emerging from the front of the flat base. The head is globular with a slightly flattened top and decorated with a twisted and grooved design spiralling around the head (a style known as ‘wrythen-headed'). At the base of the head is a small collar at the top of the shaft, which ends in an old break. An unusual cast copper alloy strap hook or hooked fitting of medieval date. The object has a subrectangular plate with slightly concave sides and a plano convex cross section. This has symmetrical decoration of scrolled forms running along the plate, rendered largely illegible by corrosion but probably intended to represent an elongated beast head. One end has a rounded attachment loop with five projections around the edge. The other end has an incomplete hook. C. later 11th-mid 12th century.

The strape end is made of two trapzoidal zones whose narrow parallel edges touch, the upper being much bigger than the lower so that it is similar to a butterfly or hourglass shape. An incomplete cast copper-alloy early Anglo-Saxon quoit brooch dating from the 5th or 6th centuries AD. Only the pin is missing. The frame is flat in cross section being made of metal plate. Obverse: Bird standing right on a cross pattée; small cross (?) before; annulets either side of the cross; within a beaded serpent circle (the serpent's mouth at 6 o'clock); vestigial legend in margin. Reverse: Crude diademed head right, within a beaded circle; vestigial legend in margin. The coin has a diameter of 12.00mm, a thickness of 1.70mm and a weight of 1.17 grams.

The mount consists of a flat plate which is circular in plan. The outer face is gilded over the top of a moulded concentric design.
