An incomplete Post Medieval lead alloy toy dish probably dating to the 17th century. The dish has moulded pelleted border around the rim, the pan contains one fish in high relief, placed on its side. The plate has a plain centre surrounded by a wide flange decorated with a moulded pattern of rosettes of five pellets linked by vinescrolls and a beaded rim The plate has been crushed and has split on opposite sides. A gunflint struck from a tertiary flake of dark grey flint which has short abrupt retouch all around to create a subrectangular flake. The proximal end retains a patch of cortext and has a curved back resembling a scraper. The side profile is triangular and the bulb of percussion is large and centrally placed suggesting working with an iron hammer. The size and shape suggest that the gunflint is of French origin.
