A heavily patinated possible Neolithic (c.4000-2200 BC) incomplete axehead roughout. The object has a wedge shape in plan and faceted cross-section. There is some clear heavy conchoidal fracturing mostly emanating from the edges on the back face's upper surface and likely relate to second phase of working, occurring at some point after the formation of its patinated surface.
