A complete cast copper alloy Roman votive axehead. The axehead is sub-rectangular in plan. In profile, it is wedge-shaped, with the 'cutting end' being 0.80mm thick at the edge. The opposite (handle) end has a thickness of 3.56mm at the edge and is truncated by a flat, sub-rectangular face featuring an oval depression at its centre. The thicker end also has a transverse circular perforation all the way through, which sits near the top edge rather than centrally.
The whole surface is covered by a shiny, compact dark green-grey patina, but features shallow scratches throughout.

A bent fragment of a Roman copper alloy bracelet or armlet, 4mm wide with a flat cross section. The exterior is divided into panels by deeply incised transverse lines, each panel with an oblique line running across it diagonally with a pair of offset notches, one to each side. The angle of the diagonals alternates creating a zig-zag effect. The bracelet appears to have been intentionally cut to respect the edges of the panels at either end and has been bent around, possibly for re-use as a finger ring. There are traces of a white metal coating.

A fragment of a copper alloy Roman finger ring, comprising a raised oval bezel, 8.2mm long and 3.3mm high, with a deep setting for a now lost stone or intaglio. The bezel rises from the line of the hoop which has a flat cross section and triangular shoulders which are waisted at the junction to the bezel and which taper into the hoop. The shoulders are decorated with transverse ridges.
Cf. Guiraud's (1989) Type 3 (later 2nd to later 3rd century AD) or Henig's (2007, 13) Type VIII (3rd century AD).

A Roman cast copper alloy brooch of Colchester Derivative Polden Hill type, dating to c. 75-175 AD. The wings are cylindrical, open on the underside and have angled end-caps which are drilled to take the spindle on which the spring and pin is mounted. The front of the brooch has a small projecting lug for the spring chord. The bow has a flat cross section and is angled at 90° to the head. An incomplete Roman copper alloy hinged double lugged trumpet brooch, dating between AD 80-200.
The head of the brooch is ovate, with two integral pierced semi circular lugs on the reverse to accommodate an axis bar. Between both pierced lugs sits an intact copper alloy spring of four coils with a semi-circular loop set behind the spring, hanging toward the foot. An incomplete Roman copper alloy spoon of Type 2 Crummy 1983, fig. 73, no. 2014 probably dating to AD 150 - 400. The fragment comprises most, if not all of the handle, with a C-shaped attachment loop between the handle and offset bowl - but the bowl itself is missing. The handle has been distorted into a twisted spiral shape. In cross-section, it goes from rectangular at the bowl attachment to circular at the opposing terminal.
The entire fragment is plain and undecorated, and covered in a mottled patina of a medium to dark green colour.

A cast copper alloy Roman Trumpet brooch, 50.83mm in length, missing its spring and pin. The head is oval with a protruding lozengiform terminal at the front and single hinge loop underneath. The bow is of triangular cross section divided centrally by a pair of reels with a central button. The lower part of the bow tapers to a moulded foot with a deep triangular catchplate beneath. A copper alloy fragment from a late Roman multiple motif armlet, 33.48mm in length. The fragment is flat in cross section, slightly curved in side profile and decorated on one side with three panels divided by transverse ridges, each containing a different arrangement of dot-in-annulet motifs of various sizes. A cast lead alloy object with a round integrally cast suspension loop and an irregular sub cylindrical body with oval cross section and a pronounced rim or lip at the top. The flanking corners of the lower portion has two stumps of iron, probably from a large attachment loop. There are no marks.
