Small milky blue glass bead, possibly Roman dating from c. AD43-410, but probably post-medieval or modern. The bead is complete, made from creamy-blue coloured glass. It is long-cylindrical in shape with a perforation through its entire length. The bead looks as if it was made from a gritty glass paste with numerous small inclusions showing on the surface.
