An incomplete, badly corroded, debased copper alloy finger ring of Roman date (c. AD 100 - 350). The triangular shoulders and rectangular bezel survive, but are badly corroded with no evidence of any decoration or inscription.  The finger ring shape is reminiscent of a Henig Type VIII. Length 22.9 mm, width 9.0 mm, thickness 3.3 mm and weight 1.47 g.

An early medieval lead alloy cast spindle whorl of cylindrical Walton Rogers form B, dating to c. AD 43 - 900. With a central moulded aperture of 8.2 mm in diameter. Bottom surface is slightly concave, upper surface rounded. Some asymmetry in thickness. A sub-rectangular rim sherd of a Roman ceramic vessel, probably a bowl/cooking pot, dating to c. AD 43 - 410. The fabric is hard, obscured by soil residue possibly sand tempered. The exterior surface is black and has been burnished or coated with a dark grey to black slip. The interior of the vessel is grey, worn in places to reveal a reddish fabric with occasional fine quartz inclusions. An incomplete cast copper alloy Roman hinged T-shaped brooch, dating to c. AD 43 - 200. The remains of the brooch consist of most of the tubular wings which measure 25.6 mm in width. There is a rectangular notch in the middle of the wings where the pin would have sat. The upper part of the remaining bow is triangular, with a triangular cast design.  Length 16.2 mm, width 25.6 mm, thickness 3.6 mm and weight 2.36 g.
