Upper Palaeolithic to late Neolithic flint nosed scraper. 50mm in length, 26mm wide and 17mm thick with a weight of 28grams. The scraper is an irregular sub rectangular form with a dark grey opaque patina on the parts that have been worked, this is reuse of earlier material that is patinated light brown opaque. Upper Palaeolithic to late Neolithic flint scraper on large struck flake, 40000 - 2351BC. 69mm in length, 47mm wide and 32mm thick with a weight of 100.9grams. The object has a sub rectangular form and cross section and it has a light grey opaque patina. It has been formed from what was part of a core although this large part of the core has become struck off as there is an extremely large butt on the piece, probably a misdirected blow. The piece has some long almost carinated retouch and has been abraded round the edges.

Palaeolithic (Lower) to Palaeolithic (MIddle)scraper, 48mm long, 64mm wide, 18mm thick and 67.8g in weight. Made on a chert-like material that has turned almost completely dark brownish grey through patination, apart from one small area where the original mid brown colour remains. The piece has been made on a large thick flake of Palaeolithic origin and is lightly retouched along the distal end. Flake scars on the dorsal face indicate parallel flaking methods and the butt shows evidence of preparation.

Palaeolithic (Upper) to Neolithic (Late) keeled/core scraper, 42mm long, 36mm wide, 27mm thick and 31.9g in weight. The piece has been made from a core and has been truncated at right angles in two directions to create the keeled shape. The relic core edge displays evidence of unidirectional removals. The distal end has been abruptly retouched. The flint is opaque and is light greyish brown in patination with some iron staining present.

Made on a flake with semi-abrupt retouch on the distal end and the butt has been removed also by semi-abrupt retouch on the proximal end. The dorsal face possesses a unidirectional flake scar. The flint is grey but with extensive light blue patination.

Palaeolithic (Upper) to Bronze Age (early) double-ended scraper, 25mm long, 18mm wide, 5mm thick and 2.4g in weight. This piece has two unipolar flake scars on the dorsal face and the butt end has been completely removed through the process of abrupt retouch. The other end has received semi-abrupt retouch and as a result of this working the flake is now in a teardrop shape. Both dorsal and ventral surfaces possess bluish patination to an otherwise toffee/caramel coloured flint. It is possible that this was a blade due to the straingt and parallel dorsal ridge marks that run the length…
