A large possible lower-middle Palaeolithic flint scraper. Description: The object is formed from an irregular flint flake triangular in cross-section. The dorsal face is quite high which helps form this cross section. The bulb of percussion on the reverse is fairly shallow although the discoidal rippling is very pronounced. There is a removal flake across where the bulb of percussion which suggest a level of shaping.
