A small waste flake (debitage) of unceratin prehistoric date. The flake is made on a light grey-brown flint as a result of soft hammer percussion. The platform is retained but there is no obvious bulb or fracture lines. The flake has suffered some modern damage. This flake is likely to be of later prehistoric date but it is not particually diagnostic; suggested date: Mesolithic - Bronze Age, c. 8000 - 800 BC.
