An irregular shed from a local coarsewar probably of later prehistoric to Roman date, c.1000BC-AD 260./ The sherd is ireggularly shaped and has inclusion specks of grit throughout and small-mid rounded flint throughout. It is heavily oxidised leaving it a dark grey colour. Measurements: 20.09mm wide, 22.9mm high, 7.23mm thick, 5.48g in weight

A sherd of handmade later prehistoric coarseware. it is and ireggularly shaped sherd probably from the base or body of the vessel. It has heavy inclusions with a large patch of angular shell temper as well as packe dsandy grit inclusions througout. it is poorly fired and oxidised leaving it a mottle very light grey-brown to light brown. Measurements: 22.22mm wide, 27.4mm high, 7.93mm thick, 6.11g in weight

A body sherd of a Middle or Late Bronze Age (1500-800 BC) date, possibly of Deverel-Rimbury type. The fabric is poorly fired and a medium brown on the surface with a dark grey core. The fabric is tempered with abundant, coarse, calcined and poorly sorted flint with grains ranging from sub-rounded to sub angular and from <0.25mm to around 5.13mm across. There are also voids from organic temper. The sherd is broken and the two pieces glued together. Measurements: Length: 82.37; Width: 58.94; Thickness: 18.47; Weight: 86.23g.

A heavily worn sherd of hand made probable late Bronze Age to early Iron Age ceramic vessel. Description: The sherd is a rimsherd and roughly recatangular in plan. The fabric has an oxidised outer surface and unevenly oxidised core. The inclusions are a mix of common well sorted small-to medium angluar - rounded flint grit and some some sparse well sorted black sandy specs. Many inclusions have fallen out. The breaks are well rounded, likely due water action. the rim is flat and simply formed. Measurements: 39.93mm wide, 48.36mm high, 12.06mm thick and 26.4g in weight.

A coarse prehistoric ceramic vessel fragment. Fabric is rough with abundant pits for missing poorly sorted inclusions, mostly subrounded-rounded likely indicating plant or similar temper, also in the fabric are spares subangular - subrounded small shell inclusions. The fabric has a highly oxidised internally leaving it light grey, the outer fabric is less oxidised with patches of light brown orange visible but moslty dark grey-brown. Pot has no striations and is uneven suggesting it has been hand made. Measurments: 31.87mm high, 27.56mm wide, 9.47mm thick and 8.36g in weight.
