Late Iron Age (c. 175-140BC) Thurrock type potin / cast bronze unit of the Cantiaci (ABC 132). Obverse of Degraded Apollo bust left, reverse of: degraded bull butitng horns right . Coin design is highly degraded with grey/brown patina over majority of its surface indicating high tin content. Lacks the significant casting sprue common in this type. Measurements: 17.09mm in diameter, 3.2mm thick. 2.71g in weight
