An incomplete cast semi-flat lead toy of Post Medieval date, c. AD 1799 - 1899. Description: The toy is a large semi-flat quadruped, possibly a bear, naturalistically modelled. The toy retains all of it's defined body and the shorts stubs of it's legs, one possibly showing a foot. The head is broken and distorted, appearing from the bright wear marks to have been recently broken off. A complete and worn cast copper-alloy toy chalice or cup of unknown date, likely dating from post-medieval to modern times. Description: The toy takes the form of a pedestal cup or chalice shaped with a short stem and small circular foot and a globular body. It is mottled green and brown and shows signs of being slightly worn. Measurements: Diameter 17.52mm, height 23.24mm, thickness 2.09mm. Discussion: No direct parallel to this object has been found but judging from the form and production method, it seems likely to date from the post-medieval to modern period.

Description: The fragment represents the butt end of the musket's stock and is roughly triangluar in plan having snapped just before the grip. In each point of the triangle is aring and dot represents the rivets/screws holding parts of the stock together. An incomplete and corroded toy watch face dating c.AD 1700-1750. Description: The object would originally have been a flat disc but it is now heavily fragmented and warped. Much of the in relief decoration is heavily obscured by patination or corrosion. Just visible a the centre is an almond shaped eye just below a number of outward facing triangles. An irregular disc cut from cast sheet of scrap lead, with two adjacent holes set near-centrally and a highly irregulaly serrated edge with triangular teeth. Object has been partially bent likely post-depositionaly. It is a light cream brown colour typical of patinated lead-alloy. Measurements: 28.21mm in diameter, 2.93mm thick and 20.18g in weight.

Presumably this was once a more complete toy, however all that survives is the torso, shoulders and approximately half of the arms. An incomplete Post-Medieval (AD 1650-1800) toy pistol. The toy consists of the butt,which is decorated with diagonal lines, barrel and lock which is cast in an elaborate foliate style. The long cylindrical barrel is hollow and the end appears to be missing. It is cast in a mininum of two pieces, with the butt then attached to the trigger section; however it is possible that this is a later repair.
