Incomplete lead cloth seal. The seal comprises two roughly flat, circular discs; the joining loop is missing. One face of the seal is decorated with a shield with five diagonal lines running top left to bottom right. Either side of the shield is a letter, which resembles a black letter 'B' and 'T'. The identification of this seal is uncertain. It is possible that it is a French imports - this is to some extent backed by the blackletter-style letters to the sides of the arms that are a French trait (eg 'b t' flanking the arms on Bethune seals).

One side depicts the rear half of what appears to be a hanging sheep akin to the motif found on the Order of the Golden Fleece. Further numbers may be located beneath this but it is difficult to tell if it is wear or intentional engraving.
