A lead two-disc cloth seal of modern date (probably about 1940-1950). The seal comprises one surviving sub circular disc and the rivet. Some remnants of cloth are also present on the seal. On the disc is a relief-stamped inscription: W D (War Department) flanking an upwards pointing arrow, inside a circle.
