A Post Medieval lead alloy cloth seal (AD1714-1727). This cloth seal has four discs. Only two of the discs bear a motif. One has the profile of George I, the other has a crown with a lion above and I to the left. This is an alnage cloth seal and the penny cloth tax has been paid. Dimensions: length: 26.55mm; width: 16.65mm; thickness: 7.88mm; weight: 8.24g.

A Post Medieval lead alloy cloth seal (16th – early 17th century). This is a two disc cloth seal with an inter-connecting strip and a central stud. Side one has a Privy seal that includes the letters M, A, E or I, O and possibly T. There is a perforated mullet to the left. Side two is blank. Identification by Geoff Egan, PAS Finds Advisor Medieval and Post Medieval Artefacts. Dimensions: diameter: 22.34mm; thickness: 4.45mm; weight: 5.80g.

Only part of side one is still present and the design is difficult to identify. Side two has a sheep in profile with AV above and an ‘A’ in front of its chest and a ‘G’ by its tail. Dimensions: diameter: 19.75mm; thickness: 5.34mm; weight: 5.27g.

A Post-Medieval lead alloy single disc from a four part cloth seal (late 16th century). This disc is one of the middle discs and it still has a fragment of the interconnecting strip present. The front surface bears the motif of a square with three vertical bars inside. No inscription.

Two lead discs of an incomplete cloth seal with a wide rectangular connecting strip. One disc has a circular border of pellet containing the letters DON (probably LONDON). On the outer side of the other disc there is the same border and an indistinct central design.

Two part lead cloth seal. The two discs and connecting strip have been bent and folded together to form one piece measuring 14mm x 7mm. The outer disc is stamped with the initial ‘H’, which suggests it is a London Dyers’ company seal (Egan 1994, page 186, figure 270). However, judging by the serifs on the letter ‘H’ the typeface used for the initial is lighter than the example from the British Museum
