Description: the cloth seal is comprised of two circular discs with a connecting strip.  Disc 1 has Norwich stamp on it in three lines:  'NO / RWI / CH'.  Disc 2 is missing a small piece of the lower part of the disc and has four lines of stamped of initials: [...]R / NC / MP / R[...]. The single surviving disc depicts a female bust facing left of Queen Anne (AD 1702-1714) surrounded by a border of short raised transverse lines and the legend [AN.] SCO: F.ET.HIB. The reverse is plain. The seal 16.2mm in diameter and 1.2mm thick. It weighs 1.5 grams.

An incomplete Elizabethan two part lead cloth seal dating to c.1558-1600. Only one of the discs survive. The outer face of the surviving half is decorated with a crowned portcullis surrounded by a circumferential inscription suggesting an Elizabethan date (Egan 1992, 2) the inscription is largely illegible. The surface of this portion bears the following legend, in relief: '+[...]II/+VII'. Part of a cylindrical connector extends upwards at the top, with a circular depression in its upper surface. Length: 16.3mm; width: 18.4mm; thickness: 6.6mm. Weight: 3.93g. Cloth seals with rectangular 'discs' are rare, but a similar example is PAS record WMID-A553D4, for which a 16th to 17th century date was suggested.

An incomplete lead-alloy alnage cloth seal from the reign of George I (1714 - 1727). Two of the original four discs remain, joined by a folded connecting strip. One of the sub-oval discs bears the relief-stamped bust of the king, who faces right and is surrounded by the legend 'GEORGIVS REX'. On the other disc is a lion on a crown, which divides 'I' and '1/2', the dutyin pence. Length: 20.5mm; width: 14.6mm; thickness: 2.5mm. Weight: 3.2g.

The sub-circular disc bears the relief-stamped bust of a king (probably Charles II, James II or William III), facing right, surrounded by the legend 'OF [ENG]-LAND'. Part of a post-Medieval cloth seal. Originally, this would probably have been a four-disc seal; however, only two of the subcircular discs remain, joined by a folded connecting strip. The surface of one disc bears what appears to be the Royal Arms of England, while the other disc has a shield containing a chevron, which probably represents the arms of an unidentified town. Length: 19.9mm; width: 13mm; thickness: 3.7mm. Weight: 4.1g. The form of the Royal Arms (quartered with France) suggests a date of no later than 1603 for this piece.
