A probable incomplete lead alloy cloth seal of post-medieval date, c. AD 1600-1750. The object is roughly oval in plan and comprises multiple layers of thin lead folded back onto one another. Two protruding points on the reverse appear to be rivets, indicating this object is most likely a very worn four-part cloth seal. No decoration is now discernable on either the obverse or reverse. A two-disc lead cloth seal dating to the post-medieval period (c. AD 1553-1700). The object is sub-circular in plan and is comprised of two discs are fastened by a split pin type arrangement and a connecting tab.   It is an example of the 'County' series bearing a crowned portcullis. On the slightly larger face is depicted the crowned portcullis encircled by a pelleted border and legend which is now worn and extends beyond the edge of the seal. A complete lead alloy Cloth Seal of Post-Medieval date (AD 1550-1700). The object is a four disc, cloth seal and is composed of four thin discs connected in sequence by narrow, thin strips. Post Medieval lead alloy seal or token? c. 30mm in diamater and weighing 15.87g. The object is circular in form and rectangular in cross section and has a raised lip on one surface which has the remains of a recessed attachemnet loop visible (near the base as shown). This lipped side is decorated with the letters 127 sitting above a central raised six pointed star motif. The base is flat and plain. A Dutch customs house oval lead cloth seal of modern date. It bears raised decoration on both faces: one face is marked R & A//279' (Regten en Accynsen//control number) and the other face has a crown above a shield bearing a lion rampant facing left, all within a border. The emblem is of the Lesser Arms of the Netherlands, and therefore post 1815. There are grooves on diametrically opposed edges marking the locations of the attachment cords. The dimensions are; length 22.5mm; width 19.7mm; thickness 4.1mm and it weighs 10.8g.

Late medieval lead alloy two disc cloth seal. The seal is decorated on one side with the arms of England in an ornate eight sided shield. This sits below a crown and the shield is flanked by an eight petalled flower motif to the left (as shown) and a five petalled (Tudor) rose motif. Part of an inscription survives but is difficult to read. The other side is incomplete but is decorated with a crown above a fluer de Lis and below that to the left is a ten petalled flower motif. Post medieval lead alloy cloth seal, 37mm long, 25mm wide and 5mm thick, with a weight of 17.49grams. The object is circular and made up of two (or three) circles folded over and joined by a narrow rectangular strip. One surface has been stamped with a crowned rose motif and there is an inscription around its edge. OVGH can be seen near the crown. It is possible that this could read [L]OVGH[BORO] as BORO may be the next letters? This is the common speling in the 17/18th century, a date range that matches the Tudor? rose motif, for the town of Loughborough in North Leicestershire.

Post medieval lead alloy cloth seal, 22mm long, 18mm wide and 6mm thick with a weight of 10.21grams. The seal is circular and made up of at least two circular sections joined by a rectangular strip. It is stamped on one side with a crowned rose? flanked by initials E or H R. This is surrounded by an outer inscription which is largely obscured but MS' CO can be seen. It is similar to fig 7. in Egan, G. FRG Datasheet 3, which he dates to the reign of Henry VIII, but it could also be a similar form dating to the reign of Edward VI or Elizabeth I.
