The front of the disc has a raised design consisting of a crowned letter Lombardic N or H within a beaded circle. At the reverse there is a rivet. Both faces have traces of a buff patina. A complete post-Medieval cast lead alloy cloth seal (c. 1500-c.1700). This two-part cloth seal has a rectangular connection strip, 3.8 x 3.1mm. Disc 1: has integral rivet and the face has a raised design consisting of a pair of shears, a pair of tongs and a pair of gloves within a beaded circle forming a border. Disc 2: has a raised design consisting of a privy mark, WH within a beaded circle forming a border. Both faces have traces of a buff patina. Height: 18.7mm; diameter: 15.1mm; thickness: 3.64mm. Weight: 3.64g.

A complete post-Medieval two-part cast lead cloth seal. The two discs are joined together by a rectangular joining strip (5.0 x 4.6mm). Both discs have a raised design. Disc 1: Mostly illegible, part of the design survives. Disc 2: Within a circular beaded border, a tower of two storeys. The lower storey has an arched doorway and the upper storey has an arched window. The tower is flanked on either side by an open crown. An incomplete cast lead cloth seal of early eighteenth century date, c. AD 1701-14. Maximum diameter: 14.4mm, thickness: 1.1mm. Weight: 1.63g. A single disc of a four disc seal. It is sub-circular in plan and at the front is a moulded bust of Queen Anne facing left. Two connecting strips survive. These are about 3.8mm in width. The rear face is flat and plain. The seal has a light grey/buff patina overall. For other examples relating to Queen Anne, see Egan 1994, 65, refs. 145-147.

An incomplete cast lead cloth seal of probable eighteenth century date (AD 1700 – AD 1800). Length: 34.8mm; diameter: 27.0mm and 2.6mm thick. Weight: 11.22g. A two disc seal. Side 1 (slightly smaller than side 2): Raised privy mark with initials S C. Side 2: Scratched markings which are difficult to interpret seem to be 12(?0) over horizontal line, possibly 6 or 8 below – presumably consignment numbers, although the 12 could represent the length in yards. No immediate parallels found. The seal has a light grey patina overall.

A cloth seal of two parts joined together by a connecting strip. Disc 1: Raised crowned letter H to left; raised crowned letter T to right. The letters have large serifs. Disc 2: Possibly a privy mark (raised), vaguely resembling a capital letter E or F. This may be part of the weaver's initials. The seal is in a stable condition and has an overall grey patina. No parallel found.

A fragment of a cast lead cloth seal of Post-Medieval date, early/mid seventeenth century. Length: 18.1mm; width: 13.8mm and 3.9mm thick. Weight: 2.76g. The seal is of two parts: Disc 1: Raised design of a castle with three towers (part of the disc is missing). Disc 2: Raised Stuart arms of Britain (only part of the disc, the rivet stub, survives. All the breaks are old. Geoff Egan, Finds Adviser of the Portable Antiquities Scheme, has commented: 'several of these are known but none is complete. Possibly from Norwich but not certainly so'.
