One side has a crown over a sun, fleur de lys and roses, with text around, possibly [...]BRIS[...]. The reverse disc has an unclear motif, possibly a ship sailing from a port in a castle tower (the arms of Bristol).

An incomplete Medieval lead alloy cloth seal, dating AD 1550-1700. The object consists of a circular plate with two integral rivets on the reverse. There is a casting seam running along the back, in line with the rivets. There is evidence of the cloth imprinted on the reverse of the seal. The seal is stamped with a single fleur-de-lys with the letters W and F beneath. A fragmentary lead alloy, late Medieval to Post Medieval cloth seal. It is made of two sub-circular discs linked by a rectangular strip. Small parts of both discs are broken off and there is no visible decoration. It is in three pieces. The seal is dark grey in colour, with an uneven light grey and yellow patina. The largest piece of the seal is 31.5mm long, 22.46mm wide and 5.7mm thick. Together they weigh 8.91g.

A lead alloy, late Medieval to Post Medieval cloth seal. It is made of two sub-circular discs linked by a rectangular strip. The front disc is too worn to be able to discern any decoration. The rear disc is marked with C and M separated by a vertical line. At the top of this line, another line points down towards the M at a 45° angle. A lead alloy, late Medieval to Post Medieval cloth seal. It is made of two sub-circular discs linked by a rectangular strip that has broken and twisted. The front disc is marked with the number "87". There may also be lettering around the edge of this disc, but it is difficult to transcribe. The rear disc appears to be plain. The seal is dark grey in colour, with an uneven white patina. The seal is 25.35mm long, 18.85mm wide and 10.36mm thick. It weighs 14.41g.

A Medieval - Post Medieval lead two-disc cloth seal (late 14th – 18th century). Disc one has some lettering within a rectangular field with two chevrons (possibly a branch) above and a pellet on either side of the chevrons. All is enclosed within a pellet border.
