A incomplete lead cloth seal or other seal dating from the post medieval period, about AD 1500 - 1800. It is a two disc seal with a connecting tab. An integral rivet from the back of one disc passes through a hole in the other and is flattened. The rivet disc is marked with a relief merchant's mark of a W with a vertical line and a numeral 4 at the top. The rove disc has an incuse marking which may represent a G. A heavily worn post-medieval lead kosher seal. Description: The seal is circular in shape, with a central rivet it holdin git togehter and a connecting tab at one edge connecting the two discs. A Post Medieval lead alloy cloth seal probably dating from AD 1550-1650. This cloth worker's personal seal is formed of two discs. One disc is solid, and one was formed with an integral hole for the rivet to be placed when fastening the seal to the cloth. The two part seal has a connecting strip and integral rivet on one of the discs. The rivet is visible on the reverse of the disc. A used lead cloth seal with merchants initials dated 1666 A two part cloth seal made of lead, with the merchant's conjoined serifed initials S I or I S, and the date 1666 surrounding them, with one numeral in each quarter of the design, the whole surrounded by a circle formed of jagged dots joined together. There are traces of parallel lines on the other half of the seal. The half of the cloth seal with the design measures 20 x 23 mm.

The obverse of this seal, has the NOR/WIC/H stamped on it while the reverse contains the letters HDR/1657/[B]CSP/KL. Originally the packer's name would have been stamped around the outside of the obverse though the seal is quite worn and it is no longer visible. The reverse of the seal has a scratched design on it in the form of NON or ZOZ depending on how it is read, the last Z is smaller and has a short horizontal line above it. This is a rectangular two part seal though half is missing and only part of the obverse remains. The seal is stamped with two sets of roman numerals, XVIII and XVIIII below.
