A Post Medieval Russian flax bale seal . The lead seal is a thick disc with two horizontal perforations running through the centre from edge to edge to accommodate a cord or wire which would have been used to attach the seal to a bale of flax. The design is mostly obscured but includes: TA G П [...] surrounding 1810 / oF[...] The reverse is flat and plain.

An incomplete Post Medieval lead cloth seal dating to c. AD 1500-1700. The cloth seal consists of the remains of two circular discs joined together by a connecting strip, which is now lost, and a rivet that was pushed through the hole in one disc from the other disc and stamped flat. An incomplete Post Medieval two-part lead-alloy cloth seal dating c. AD 1600-1700. The seal comprises two discs and the connecting rivet. The central rivet and front disc are stamped with a 'privy' or 'merchant's' mark reading '4'. The face of the other disc has the stamped numbers '1 2'. The surface patina is greyish-yellow in colour. The cloth seal measures 23.5mm in length, 22.5mm in width, 3.4mm in thickness and weighs 9.02 grams.

A near complete two-part lead-alloy cloth seal dating c. AD 1600-1700. The seal comprises two discs, the connecting rivet and the rectangular connecting tab. The central rivet and front disc are stamped with a 'privy' or 'merchant's' mark reading 'R' within a 'D'. The other face, which is incomplete, is marked with the stamped letters 'V V'. The surface patina is greyish-yellow in colour. The cloth seal measures 34.6mm in length, 25.7mm in width, 3.8mm in thickness and weighs 12.76 grams.

An incomplete Post Medieval lead-alloy alnage seal, probably dating to the reign of George I (1714-1727). The seal consists of two flat discs conjoined by a bent flat rectangular tab. One face features a right facing bust with no discernable legend. The other face depicts a horse or unicorn rampant left with the number 'I' in front and 1/2 behind. All surfaces have white-grey patination. The seal measures 17.35mm in diameter, is 2.68mm thick and weighs 2.74 grams.

An incomplete post medieval to modern lead alloy bag seal. The seal is now in two pieces, originally the two discs would have been attached by an aperture. The first disc is complete and is decorated with a raised fleur-de-lis design, with an incised line running around the edge of the disc. Part of the edge is worn and broken. This measures 13.5mm in diameter. Only one half of the second disc remains, and is decorated with two raised crowns, it is probable there was a third. A raised dot border runs along the edge. There is a crack across this piece, which measures 13.5mm by 10.6mm. …

The piece, which represents the upper half of a single disc, bears the relief-moulded image of an angel, who stands facing forwards, wears a pleated dress and has spread wings. A fragment of a lead cloth seal, probably from around the time of the Commonwealth period, 1649-1660 AD. The piece represents part of one of the circular discs. The upper surface has the stamped relief design of two shields side by side, the left hand shield bearing St. George's cross and the right hand shield (probably) the Irish harp. The piece is corroded. It measures 12mm in diameter, 1.5mm thick and weighs 1.37g.

An incomplete lead cloth seal of probable 17th or 18th century date. The piece represents the central portions of two adjoining discs. One of the discs bears a stamped relief image which shows two (and possibly part of a third) shields side by side, a beaded horizontal line extending across both and a vertical line forming a cross within one. A corroded lead cloth seal of probable 16th to 18th century date. The object consists of two sub-circular discs which are joined by a folded connecting strip. One surface has a relief design depicting a quadruped (possibly a unicorn) facing left; this design sits within a ropework border. There is no remaining detail on the other disc. The artefact measures 32.8mm long, 22mm wide and 3.9mm thick. The weight is 11.37g.

A complete Lead-alloy Post Medieval Cloth Seal. The four-part cloth seal is broken on the connecting strip and one of the discs is loose from the seal. Discs 2 and 3 have seals on them and the other two are plain. Large H in a circle with [half] CLOTH around the edge / Stuart Arms The length of the seal is 32.4mm, the diameter of each disc varies and the weight is 9.62g. Disc 1 diameter is 14.5mm, disc 2 is 14.0mm, disc 3 is 13.5mm and disc 4 is 13.7mm.

A fragment of a cast lead object which is probably part of a 17th to 18th century cloth seal. The main part of the object is sub-rectangular, has been broken off at the wider end and has raised lettering reading "A:H[..." within a thin rectangular border. On the reverse of the blank end of the piece is an integral projection of circular section. The object measures 26.1mm long, by 12.4mm wide and 6.5mm thick; the weight is 4.88g.

A lead cloth seal of probable 16th to 18th century AD date. The object consists of two sub-circular discs joined by a connecting strip. One one the discs bears a coat of arms, which comprises a spade shield with an inverted chevron containing stars at the centre, and the letters ?"J" and ?"S" in the top corners. Two further letters (?"P and G") are located just above the shield. The other side has had several lines scratched into the surface. The object is heavily worn and corroded. It measures 20.5mm in diameter by 3.8mm thick and weighs 9.5g.

Lead cloth seal of probable post-medieval date. Comprises three sub-circular plates which are stuck together, one on top of the other. The two larger plates measure 22mm diameter. The reverse is plain, whilst the upper-surface of the uppermost large plate has 2 concentric circular borders.
